In celebration of Halloween, BLE will be hosting a Costume Party and Halloween Costume Contest in the Guild Hall.

Participants will compete with creativity and wit to have the best Halloween Costume at the party.

Rules

  1. All outfits should attempt to adhere to the ‘costume’ theme.
  2. No gem store 'outfits' can be used in the competition.
  3. Tonics may only be used for theatrical effect and not as an outfit.
  4. Participants will be expected to have their costume ready and photographed prior to the party.

Still assembling armor pieces to try and pull off either Dante, Sephiroth, or Kiss on the necro so might be building this last minute Thursday. Worse comes to worse my mesmer already is already dressed as a wizard for a fallback.
