New Elite Spec Skills/Traits Tooltips (PoF spoilers...duh)

I have compiled a list of places you can go to in order to look at the tooltips for both skills and traits for the new elite specs. Most of these are incomplete at this time so if you find a link that is better in the time leading up to the expansion respond to the post with it and I'll update the list.

I'm trying not to form opinions already without playing, but I'm kinda disappointed with Firebrand (what I was most excited for). They don't look like they have the skills/traits to be able to be dedicated raid and fractal healers. Also I'm sad they didn't use the original Tome of Wrath/Courage spell effects. The floating, flaming books were so cool. But on the other side, they probably will be viable condi damage, so I guess that's alright.

At this time the wiki has all the information on the elite spec you will need. just type /wiki <elite spec name> and you'll be set
