Missions remain one of my favorite things about GW2.

If you are new to the missions, I highly recommend reviewing the guides that are linked on our home page and the various threads here.

I also strongly encourage the use of Discord for guild missions. Even if you don't have or don't want to use a mic, it makes it much, much easier for those leading the missions to be able to use voice chat to communicate with the entire guild mission squad.

More tips for those learning guild missions with BLE:

/d changes your active chat to squad chat. We use squad chat as the chat channel during guild missions.

/p changes your active chat to party chat. Certain missions involve dividing the squad into smaller groups, and party chat enables each subgroup to link WP's and communicate together as a party.

For Races, Challenges, and Puzzles. The guild hall includes a portal that will take you to the nearest available WP for each of these missions. So you can always get to these missions through the guild hall even if you don't have many WP unlocked.

For Bounties and Treks: These will require WP'ing either to a specific zone or a specific WP. For this reason, it is advisable to try and grab WP's throughout your PvE travels so you have as much of the map unlocked when it is guild mission time!

We have been enjoying seeing more and more new Lions join us for missions!

The threads in this forum are intended to help our guildmates who are learning the missions.

Our goals for missions remain the same as always - Have Fun and Get Everyone Personal Credit for the missions (i.e. good loot!).

Reminder that Discord is very important for guild missions. Not required, but it makes things much easier for those running the missions to be able to communicate to the whole squad in voice chat and much easier to follow along.

If you haven't set up Discord before the missions, please try to arrive a little early and we can help you get set up.

You don't have to use your mic if you need/want to stay in listen-only mode.
